Chakras are the energy centers in your body through which energy flows. These energy centers are directly linked to mental, physical, and spiritual attributes. Sometimes Chakras can be imbalanced by becoming blocked (underactive) or overly intense (overactive). When this happens, our being as a whole is imbalanced, often leading to illness and/or emotional blocks and creating an unhealthy environment.
During this workshop Jen Coken will teach you what each Chakra represents and what you can do to keep this energy flowing freely — so that you can achieve an optimal quality of life for yourself and those around. She will be using doTERRA Essential Oils to assist you in bringing your Chakras into balance. Then, Christel Libiot will lead you on a guided meditation to allow you to tune in and bring more clarity to your entire Chakra system. After the mediation, Christel and Jen will lead a discussion and answer questions. Each participant will receive a free sample of an essential oil to keep your “chi” (life force) flowing freely and you will have the opportunity to buy the oils if you choose.
