A Cacao Ceremony is an opportunity to connect to yourself and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to your inner self and your heart, it will support you in any transformational shift you are working towards. Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to the insight and awareness to move towards that goal.
The cacao we use is 100% pure and comes from wild Criollo trees grown and processed without any chemicals and are hand-prepared by indigenous Mayan people in the Lago de Atitlan region of Guatemala. Our supplier sustains this superior quality by maintaining a direct relationship to the source of the cacao, and by keeping this a small-scale operation.
Cacao is a superfood with medicinal value and over 300 nutritional compounds. One of its main active ingredients is Theobromine, which literally translates as God-Food, and facilitates the release of dopamine, the ‘pleasure’ hormone. You will be gently held in this experience as you allow your Soul to gently speak to you.
Our Facilitators for this Sacred Ceremony are Christel Libiot and Jim Wert, both with vast experience and knowledge of healing practices. They have led numerous Cacao Ceremonies in the Mid-Atlantic
and have a global following. Christel and Jim have together and individually led many sacred circles, workshops, trainings and ceremonies and bring decades of experience to this work.
